Will A Pair Go Ok In A 10g Tank

Too bad then. I don't know what to tell you. If it was a bigger tank there would be more options. I never heard of the neons being hard to keep. I think they are easy to keep but that is just my expirence. If they was no male betta on the otherside, you could have a couple female bettas in there.

its not that i dont like the fish you said its just when they have fry i might be able to keep them in there for a bit longer and i dont want the other fish to get attacked or eat the fry and with other fish in there it will proberly just stress them out

IF they have fry, there are plenty of other types of tetras to choose from if you dont like Neons, What about Glowlight or Slivertips or Rummynoses just to give you an idea.

Just because you have a pair of fish does not mean they will breed!

I know that, but aren't Apistogramma fairly easy to breed?
