in my tank I have 3 dwarf gourami, 2 cory cats, crs, rcs, a hillstream loach, a breeding trio of guppies, a breeding trio of swordtails, and 6 neon tetras..also, it is densly planted... I have a large turquoise dwarf gourami who is the bully of the tank and I don't want him to shred a betta in my tank

I would personally say no, bettas and guppies rarely mix due to the male guppies colourful flowing tail, would also be a little worried about the dwarf gouramis.

Neons should be fine but they sometimes also have a tendency to nip

Down to your personal choice if you want to risk it..

Agree entirely.

well like the others have mensioned it is at ur own risk but i wouldnt either
but if u did want to get a betta then a crown tail will deal with the dwarf gourami as they are normaly more agressive

theres a saying my mum has : pay ur money take ur chances

good luck with ur desision

No, not really. The gouramis and perhaps some of those abbreviations are fin nippers at the very least. The guppies will probably be harassed by the betta, and the hillstream loach is in the wrong setup entirely.
