Wild Guppies ! Any Chance Getting A Hold Of These

hello i have seen some youtube videos of people going to a wee river a puddle nearly putting a net or bottle in and catching loads wild guppies they have beautiful coulours i would just love a few of these they look so lively and vibrent in colour is it possible to get hold of some of these i just thought i would ask it prob not but worth a try thanks
im from northern ireland btw


if you have any of these if your from a country witch you can catch some of these and have some can u post pics pls

I do have some but they are fry and not fully developed the lfs Around me sells them for like 50 cents I also have a female if you would like to see a pic of her

i thought wild guppies dident have vibrant colours?... i thought they were more browny and its been selectively bread into them?... i might be wrong though i know it was done with one type of fish

on the videos i seen they looked more colorful and bigger tails maybe not all of them mate but the ones i seen looked really niice

the place that sells them have them labeled as feeder guppies i would have got a male but the lady wanted to get the biggest one she could find in the tank so there would be less of a chance of bullying from my male betta fish

i do have some male fry but they dont have any colors yet. i think wild guppies are also called endlers

i used to have some endlers but they were wee small things with really bright color

any pics of the fry ?

do they have many fry?

wen the males get colors please send us a pic

i don't have any pics of the fry yet but i will try to get some right now
i don't know of they have a lot of fry mine only had 7 to 8 but it could of been stress because i just bought her 3 days earlier
and i will make sure i post pics as soon as they get colors
