Wierd Acting Clown Loach

My clown loach has been acting wierd. It has just had itself out of the water as if trying to commit suicide. Very strange behaviour if you ask me.

it was acting strange it slideup the filter and stuck its head out the water

we lost one earlier on today and we are in the process of losing this one yet all the water stats are spot on water was changed a couple of days ago no new fish

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
