I just finnished raising, Wild/Albino Krib fry, dueing the raising sadly there dad died, and I've had to pair the female up again, I got her 2 albino males to choise from. But she hates them.

Why won't she pair again??

Is it she not ready to mate again??

or Is it there Albino and not normal colour??

Are the new males the same species of Krib? (Albino is just a line bred form, but there are many varieties of krib)

she may have decided to claim all the territory for herself. try rearranging the tank.

I re arainged, the tank after the fry left, well had to dismatle it to catch all the ickle monsters. I moved all 3 into the tank at the same time, maybe it would be good to take her out and let the males sort out who territry it going to be, and then move the male thats territry it is'nt out and female back.

Yeah I'm shore there the same species, there from the same shop, different times though. The males are alot younger than the female.

When I paired her last time, I got her a nice mature wild calt male, and they paired in 24 hours, and spawned after 2 weeks.

I think I was wishing to much for the same to happen this time.

Apparantly female albinos are preferred by normal males, but albino males don't attract normal females very well.

Don't know why it just seems to be that way.

so does that mean, I should try to perservear or give up, and pair her with a normal male.

be a shame to put her with a normal male, as my LFS is realy interested in having any albino fry I going to produce.
