Why Wont Fenikksus Eat Flake

hi so i bred my bettas successfully and was now woundering why wont my male (fenikksus) eat flake anymore he used to love it but now he will only eat bloodworm or brine shrimp any way of geting him to eat flake again if not, not a big deal as i feed his tank bloodworm every other day because of other residents so it dsnt bother me it would just be nice for him to eat flake as he dsnt really eat peas either

I would try not feeding him for a day, maybe 2
If he's hungry enough he'll eat the flake

yeh he is intrested he hasnt eaeten properly since the spawn he sucks the flake in and chews then spits it back out but will eat the nloodworm fine and happily strange
