Why Do Lfs Sell Mollys As Pairs?

my female molly is getting pesterd by the male constantly, yet i cant find any where that will sell females individually.

so i`m looking at having to buy a second par of mollys and finding some where to take the male

my lfs doesnt sell them in pairs and thats the first ive heard of one doing so

they all do around here,
its always pairs one male one female.

i`ve got 2 female black mollys, but theyre both juvies, so the males leaving them alone

My lfs also does this... but only on mollies.. not platies, swordies, guppies etc

ask if you could take two females instead i dont see why they sell them as pairs when you need 3f to 1m anyway

yeah I had this row with one of the lfs's, they kept trying to tell me it's absolutely fine to keep equal quantities of male and female.............. there's me stood in the middle of the shop raging about how she'll get sh@gged to death oh one of my finer moments it is daft though isn't it.
