Why Are My Fish Flashing?

i have 12 fancy guppies and they all appear to be flashing.

there is no signs of ich, they do have fin nips from a Siamese fighter that i have now removed.

what could be causing them to flash??

the water levels are fine and i do a water change every day to keep the ammonia down.


Also could anyone suggest a good tank mate for the Siamese fighter? he attacked my fancy guppies and now lives in a separate tank with a sand substrate.

It might be parasites. I have a similar problem, some of my barbs flash every now and then. I'm looking into meds that don't kill shrimp/snails.

Siamese fighters, unless given really large tanks, aren't compatible with anything.
Some will tolerate shrimp or snails.
