I've bought a very small hospital/quarantine tank as I have poorly fish. They seem to be suffering from different things, therefore needing different treatment, so the question is who should I move?
I have a pearl gourami who I've treated with anti internal bac but he seems to be developing HITH, now he's quite a big fish and has improved but I think he needs more anti bac and some melafix to help his 'wounds'. I also have 2 guppies with finrot, they've been treated also for this but no improvement, in fact they're getting worse. If there's any chance of saving them I need to treat for the finrot. Obviously I want to help the gourami too so to treat them all they need to be split up. ATM they're ina tank with an Angel and 3 mollies, who goes to hospital? The Angel and the mollies are obviously going to be treated with whoever stays in the main tank.........I think I'm answering my own question here, I should really move the guppies and treat them for finrot seprately, some more anti bac won't harm the angle or mollies.......any thoughts anyone?
P.S It's a 3 gallon tank, told you it was small! Got a fluval 1 to go in it and I'll put some sponge from another up and running filter.
