Who Lives With Oscars?

Hello,

I have two oscars ( probably about 13cm long ) in a 6 foot tank.
I was wondering what other fish i can put in there to liven the place up a bit? - something that wont get eaten.

Also what size filter would do a good job. It has got the two original filters that came with it but i think i may need something bigger. Can i add one of these submersible pumps that i see on ebay to help the system along?

U can add a silver shark, parrot fish.
