I had some elodea I think it's called....sold as anachris. in my tank.
I had a 5G planted setup and grew about 15 strands out to about 3 feet in length that I then trimmed and put into my 46. However all the plants I put in there have been stripped of every leaf leaving me with just stems anchored to the bottom of my tank.

I haven't caught anyone grazing but someone must be chowing down on my plants. I was wondering if anyone could find a likely culprit in the following

Angelicu Botia
Yo-Yo Loach
Bala Shark
Clown Loach
peppered Cory
Common Pleco
Gold Nugget Dwarf Pleco
Tiger Barb

Either the Pleco's, Bala shark, or tiger barb id say! :)

If you cant catch them at it during the day, and the plants disapear during night hours assume the pleco's.

If you do manage to watch the tank during lighting hours, and the plants disapear during the day, id assume the Bala or tiger barb!

Edit: Even tiger barbs can eat leaves but would rarely strip a whole one!
