i'll start you off.I think
Anubias on the left side of the wood.
Amazon sword back,centre & back left.
Egeria Densa or Elodea Densa (can't ever tell the difference) front left
Moss balls
It looks like either Cabomba or a Limnophila front right.
i don't know/can't make out the tallest plant or the one on the right side of the wood.

Sorry don't know those 2 i previously mentioned, but it looks like you also have a Bacopa at the back between the Amazon swords.

Is that Sessafloria on the far right?
Between that and the anubias really looks like java fern windelov to me.
I would say a bacopa in the back there too.
