Hey,
I've had my tank set up for a week now (second hand 4 year old filter and tank) got it home before any die off in the filter so kept some of the fish and swapped the others, just for safety I bought dechlorinator, filter start and filter accelerate. Params are ammo - 0, nitrite - 0, nitrate 50ish, PH - 7.6.
Stock is 6 Sterbai cories, 4 bolivian rams, 2 apisto panduro and about 14 neons. Medium planted, plenty of bogwood etc...
Problem is I can see a few (3-4) white spots on a few of the tetra's mainly on the dorsal and caudal fins
Now, is there anything it could be other than whitespot?
If not, what should I do? Can I treat the whole tank or remove the infected and cut my losses? I have no way of procuring a hospital tank right now.

It's more than likely whitespot brought on by the stress of moving. Don't panic!; whitespot won't kill healthy fish at all quickly!

You will need to treat the whole tank as the whitespots are only one part of the ich parasites lifecycle; there will almost certainly be more in the tank.

Just use a proprietary ich med from your LFS; if you don't see an improvement after the treatment, you may have a strain of ich that is resistant to your particular med, so do a large water change, run some carbon for a couple of days and try something different.

Ok, so I did a 30% wc today, then stuck in the medication. The tank has gone a bit blue ha! Wait to see then, its a two dose thing so I should see the results in, what, 7 days?

I have just done a whitespot treatment and yes you should see some kind of change in 2 to 3 days with hopefully a complete clearup in a week.

Then you can put your carbon filters back in to remove the remaining medication.

Agreed with Pyrobit. When my fish have whitespot it clears up within 2-3 days with meds :)

Oh ok cool, years back when I first kept fish, whitespot was a thing to be feared! Now it seems you can rely on the meds, which is not a bad thing. Do I have to remove the leftover med with carbon afterwards or not?

A water change will slowly remove the meds so you don't really have to use carbon. Carbon is useful if you need to remove the meds quick so you can treat with another medicine 24hrs later.
