Whitespot Still Not Cleared

I have 4 neons & 2 red tetras in a 30ltr tank. I have had a bad case of fin rot & whitespot. I have treated the tank with ESHA 2000 as well as exit. Fish have died left right & centre leaving me with whats left. However, the red tetras still have whitespot. I have not treated the tank for 2 days as I treated it every day since last Sat & & by the looks of the instructions I should not continue treatment.

What can I do, as it appears it isn't working??

What are your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

How you raised temp and increased aeration.
Have you removed black carbon from the filter before treating.

If the fish still have whitespot you will have to carry on with the med.
Finrot common on top of whitespot.
