Whitespot In Lfs Tank

Hi Guys,

I was in the LFS a wee while back looking at the fish...
I saw severums which I like very much but sadly the whole tank appreaed to have white sopt and there were at least 30 juviniles in this tank.

I just observed and never mentioned it to the shop keeper but wondered....If this tank has whitespot does that mean because of their super dooper water circulation and filteration system that runs all the tanks will this whitespot germ? be through all their tanks even though it was just visible in 1?

First of all, you should of told them straight away so they could treat it if they not noticed it, you could of saved lives

If there is one big filter system then it is likely it will spread if they dont treat it asap.

if the system is all run by 1 filter/pump then yes stands a chance all the tanks are infected

I would have mentioned it but with this shop they cant be told anything and I would have felt awfull to be shot down in the shop in front of other customers, I only go in as they are the biggest shop in the area but have found them awfull to deal with so as you say I should have mentioned it but they must have known as it was quite in your face...
The bloke stood at the tank with me and we discussed the severums briefly as I was looking for Gold and they just had green so they knew...
