white worms in fry tank

today i noticed little white worms crawling on the glass of my aquarium eww whats happening my goldfish died yesterday could this have something to do with the worms eww plz help. >.<

they re 5 mm long

Usually due to over feeding and not enough maintanance, but they won't harm your fish, goldfish what size tank is it, how many fish and which type, and can you post test results in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate and ph.
