White wierd spot on angel fish fin, youtube vid in post.

Ive had this fish for a long time, This all of the sudden this showed up, white spot on his left fin. Pectoral fin I think it is called. . Does anyone know if he will be ok?
Also, the first fish has a huge tummy for a few months now, I thought it might be pregnant but Im not sure.

the small white patch on the left pectoral (side) fin is excess mucous covering an injury.

do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week.
make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

clean the filter if it hasn't been done in the last 2 weeks.
wash filter media/ materials in a bucket of tank water and re-use it.

monitor the fish and if it gets worse then post more pictures.

Try daily 75% water change, might be fungus im not sure.
