White Stuff On Plants

Hey guys,

Iv had ammonia not to long ago and water cleared nice and clear, but now its gone really cloudy and all the plants are covered in this white stuff

any ideas

was the tank cycled? it could be a bacterial bloom causing the cloudy water.....
