I have had my driftwood in the tank for about 2 months now after soaking for a month, there seems to be a white cotton wool stuff sort of thing on some parts of the wood, the endlers seem to enjoy eating it but in not convinced it should be there.

How do i get rid and is it a cause for concern?

the fish will eat it it is harmless and will go over time

It's a sort of fungus and, as the other posters have said, it won't do any harm. It does look rather unsightly, so you can take the wood out and scrub it in hot water if you want, but it may well come back. It does disappear over time though.
