White Strings From Co2?

I have a new tank that is not cycled yet and have a diy co2 unit in iot with an electic diffuser. On my other diy co2 units I get thiese white strings on the output of the tubeing, but now I have it on alot of the stuff on my tank. it is not the mixture going into the tank becuase ithere is none of it in the hose?
