Tank size: 55 gallon
pH: 7.2
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 5
kH:
gH:
tank temp: 80

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): One of my female guppies had a few white spots on one of her fins. She was lethargic and later died. She was removed as soon as I noticed the spots. None of the other fish have any white spots. Today still no other white spots however a tetra and another female guppy died.

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 50% daily for the last few days

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: Seachem prime

Tank inhabitants: Guppies, cardinal tetras, zebra danios, and african dwarf frogs

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): all of the fish were added yesterday.

Exposure to chemicals: None

Digital photo (include if possible):

I am not sure if the female had ich or not and was told I should not treat till I am sure. If she did have ich I am also not sure if all of my fish can handle a salt bath. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and very helpful. Thank you so much.

Still no sign of white spots on any other fish and no more have died. Worried that it may be ich and if so would like to catch asap!

Lost another two guppies today. I have now lost four females...the males seem just fine. I have no idea what is going on. Morning water test ammonia 0 nitrites 0. Please help.
