I'd say that is up to you. Personally, I would medicate, but I know some people who never medicate, and just raise the temperature. This is totally your call.
I think I'll wait til tomorrow to medicate, just to see if it clears up anymore. I did get copper safe medication though. But anyway, I'll just wait another day.
