White spots on platy

I have a platy fish which had blood around its gills on Monday so I put it in it's own tank and treated it but today it's got big white spots on its body. Is this ick.

Not ich, from what I can tell...looks like injuries or tumors

bit hard to tell but looks like excess mucous, possibly covering injuries.
the fish looks skinny too.

Thanks very much for your comments, but unfortunately the fish died this morning. Don't know if I could have done anything to safe it if it was tumours etc.

The white marks were not tumours. Tumours are the same colour as the fish and there isn't normally anything that can be done to treat tumours in fish..
