White Spots On My Betta?

There's these little white spots on my beta... not sure what it is . What can I do? It just appeared today . I didn't see it the other day.

White spots? Most likely it's Ick (also called Ich).

You need to heat the tank to 86*F and then apply a medication such as CopperSafe. You must heat the tank if you'd like to get rid of it though, although there may be another method of treating it that I am not aware of. Heat will detach the parasites from the betta's skin to allow the CopperSafe to kill them.
