White spots on fins; body

I just noticed today that my silver dollars all have white spots on thier fins an on thier bodies. Is this Ick? Is it fatal? HOW DO I MEDICATE THEM IF IT IS ICK? My fish also seem really shiney lately, though I don't know if thats a problem.

It sounds like ick to me. I would recommed using salt and Quick Cure. Also raise the temp in the tank to 85F. Raise the temp 2 degrees each day. This worked fine with my silve dollars. They got ick when I first bought them.
