White spots/buildup on fins?

Its on my small Platies in my little tank so its not a big deal if its some wierd disease. What is this stuff? Theres this white junk on their side fins and a little bit on their tails. Should I do away with em, or will they heal? Is this Ick?

it could be ich, which is a protozoan parasite. It's quite contagious but very common and the good news is that there are many medications that can treat it effectively. Protozin is a good one

ich,ick, whitespot yep could be - small white sugar grain size spots and as ahkiu says responds well to medication, but do this soon(now) as it can spread and kill quickly.

Alright I got some drops, and treated them last night. Hopefully it clears up soon
