I have a female sunset platy that I noticed missing a piece of right side fin. Border of where stuff is missing is king of whitish mesh. Its hard to make a picture of that because even when the fish is stationary it always moves the side fins. The closest I could get is this:

Not sure what would have caused it. I have the following other fish: other platies (with one male quite aggressive, but never seen him nipping fins, just chasing heavily), guppies, 2 Perl Gouramis (that are quite peaceful towards platies) and otos. I thought this could be some sort of fungus, but I'm not sure if that really can happen overnight (I'm pretty sure I haven't seen this yesterday). The only other possibility I can think of is that whilst swimming away from the male quickly it might have caught sharp piece of bogwood I've installed yesterday (although I don't really see any sharp edges on it). Any other ideas? Btw, fish doesn't seem to be bothered with that (not more stressed than usual when she is trying to hide from that male, that actually I will get back to LFS tomorrow anyway).

Second problem with the same fish is that it has white spots on the tail that became bigger recently. I noticed them over a month ago (maybe even two), but fish was always healthy and I wouldn't have noticed them becoming bigger if I wasn't looking at it more closely due to fin problem. The best picture I got for this is (you can see bigger ones, but there are also quite a few small ones almost symmetric vertically):

There is nothing on the other side of the fin or any other part of the body. I don't think its ICH as it would be probably all over the fish in the whole tank by now. Could it be fungus? Thanks.
