what is the white spot on?
IMHO the best and fastest treatment for Ich is FMG
thats formeldahyide and malachite green.
of course there are plenty of other treatments, and I'm not sure what is available in your area.

EDIT (not recomended for scaleless fish)

Ok, right now I'm typing two responses in two different windows...can we say distractable???

For ich, it is best to turn the temperature in your tank up to 82-84 degreese. Adding salt will also help your fish fight off this parasite. I have never heard of the medicine you are using, does it specifically say it is for ich? I know melafix is more for open sores rather than a parasite infection. In general, there is no need to turn you filter down, just remove the carbon as it will absorb some of the meds. Also, you can cover your tank with a blanket making it totally dark (assuming no plants, and turn the light off too). This will make it harder for the ich parasites to find their way to the fish.

Check out this link to get some more info on ich.

the wardley's stuff treats white spot fin rot mouth and body fungus
it is on the shark and the clown

what type of salt and how much per liter

If it is ich, or the fish look like they are covered in grains of salt, you need to change medicines. Use the one Wolf suggested, he really knows alot.

As for the salt, you want to use aquarium salt (i've also heard of Kosher salt being ok). I have no idea how much to use per liter, but I know it is one tablespoon of salt for 5 US gallons. How's that for an answer, with two completely american units.

It is possible for fish to die of ich. I'm not sure if it is from the parasites attacking in the gills or if it is from a secondary infection, but it is definately possible. Whihc is why it is so important to treat fish with the correct medicine, and not randomly pick one.

Normally this gets asked alot earlier in the conversation, but have you checked your ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and pH levels? if so, can you please post them? Usually fish only get sick when they are stressed (also new fish often bring buggs with them), so determining the underlying cause is also a good thing to do.

i aint have a test for the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate i getting them this weekend

but the ph is 7.2
and the condition is about 190 ppm

definately get your water tested ASAP. I'm not sure if they do this in Australia or not, but over in the US, alot of LPS/LFS will test your water for free if you bring them a sample. When you get the readings, post back!

If your ammonia or nitrIte readings are anything other than zero, you need to begin doing partial water changes as both of those chemicals are toxic to fish.
