:grr: :no: ive got that white spot again!i only just treated last thursday when my cardinals had now my rummy nose teteras have got it does any body know y i keep getting it?plz help :sad:
 
You need to keep treating even after the white spots have disappeared. I normally run 1 or 2 full courses after the last spots have gone. If the fish continue to flick, there's ich afoot.

Bump up the temp to 80 and treat again. Do water changes BEFORE adding meds. Don't combine meds. Remove any carbon in your filter.
 
Couldn't of killed of the parasite in the gravel, sometimes you have to do two rounds of the med, do a gravel vac, add med, turn temp up gradually to 30, and cover tank over with a blanket.also if you have no scaless fish add some salt.
