White Spot!?

MAybe go to the LFS and check if the fish there have whitespot, especially in the tank yours came out of..?

Ok so i did the final does of the medication yesterday but before that, the water was pretty cloudy,at the time i assumed it was the parasites in their free swimming stage of their life cycle. But now the white spots are begining to fall off but the water is still cloudy and the fish are all swimming at the top, gasping for air. I've checked the ammonia levels but they're fine and i've checked the temperature and it's low,any idead what it is?

The cloudiness is a bacteria bloom. Check ammonia and nitrite, then do a large water change after the treatment is finished. It will sort itself out over a few days. Be careful though as you probably need to do another round of medication and a bacterial bloom is often caused when a filter is affected in a negative way by the medication.

I'll do the water change today, and i'll be alert for whitespot while the ammonia goes down but I think the parasites dead now as long as i steralise all the decoration with boiling water. Thanks alot for the help :good:
