Sorry, I'm sure the information is already here but i'm going round in circles so quickly i'm not getting anywhere very fast.
I've got 2 tanks, the larger of which houses a clown loach with white spot. Also bala sharks, angels, SAP, catfish, baby plec and algae eater. None of these are showing any symtoms and seem fine. Should I raise the temp to 80 deg and medicate the whole tank?
OR my other option is to transfer the occupants of my 120l tank into the larger tank, put the sick clown loach in there and treat him on it's own?
Basically
1/ leave the loach and medicate the whole tank and occupants
2/ transfer occupants and treat the loach in isolation

Thanks

Clown Loaches are very prone to this disease as they are scaleless, this could be why it has it and the others don't.

Personally, i'd get in isolation on his own.. Hospital tank basically.
Seed the filter with mature media, if it's not already and keep it bare bottom or thin layer of sand. Raise the temp to around 82-84F. Do NOT add salt. Increase aeriation and turn off the tank lights. And add what ever treatment you are using accordingly.

You can also lighlty treat the tank with the other fish, just to be sure.

Hope I was of help.

James.

Yes, thanks for that James. All the fish swapped around, some happier than others but it's the best I can do for now. Just sit back and wait I guess.
Anybody reading this who hasn't got a plan for a hospital tank, get one! It's one of the things i've been meaning to get and now it's too late for this time. I've watched plenty of small setups ideal for a hospital/quarantine tank go for a fiver on ebay and the like. Feel really p@@@@d with myself now
