White Spot

I bought 3 baby oscars the weekend, 2 was from midland water life and i got a red one from slipper sales but i noticed yesterday the red one has white spot, I bought interpet white spot treatment but not added yet as i woant to know if it will effect my yound silver arrowana

before adding any meds it might be worth upping the temp to 30 degrees and doing a few water changes with substrate cleans to try and rid the whitespot. if it doesnt work then add the meds. if the fish are in the same tank then they will all be carrying the disease even if its not showing yet

only put the oscar in yesterday and noticed this morning ,i remember when i bought the fish that there was some type of cat fish in the tank and he was covered in white spots but i thought it was the pattern of the fish , it wasnt till i noticed the tiny wite spots on my oscar that it then clicked what it was,
Ive treated the fish now so finger cross it dont kill my arrowana
