how long does it take for white spot to clear up? im using protozin.

also 4 of my new female guppies died, all in one day. can the protozin kill them?

Yes whitespot can kill a fish.
Have you turnd temp up and increase aeration in the tank.
Can take two rounds every tank and fish is different, so it hard to say how long it will take to clear.
