White Spot?

I have only had my aquirium 2 weeks and i have noticed white spots appearing on the Fish?

What's gone wrong..Where have i screwed up?

Itit too late?

Should i start over again?

It sounds like you have ich, or white spot. There are several meds avaliable at any LPS/LFS, so that shouldn't be the problem.

A bigger issue is figuring out what caused the ich, especailly since fish often become sick as a result of stress. How big is your tank, what fish are in it, and what are your water stats (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate)?

What fish do you have in there, in my experience, ich is common amongst livebearers. Mollies, platies, guppies.... it seems to happen often when you introduce these types of fish to a new environment. Ich is a common fish illness.. not quite sure what you mean by starting again?!
