White Spot

hey guys im currently treating my fish for white spot i noticed a couple of my neon tetras back fins are missing. I was just wondering if this was caused by whitespot or should i be treating them with something else? They do have whitespots over there bodies so im assuming its whitespot. Just wondered if anybody knew if whitespot caused fins to looked ragged. Thanks .

Ragged fins could be from fin nipping or could be from fin rot.

Can you give us tank size, inhabitants, and what you have done to treat your tank?

Also, are there any growths or redness on the fins?

My tank is 33gallons its been running for well over a year now, i have 13 tetras of different types mainly neon tetras i also have 2 mollys and 1 kissing gourami, i have used anti white spot plus to treat the fish and have gone as directed by the product, only the tetras seem to have been infected badly and its only 3 of the tetras with ragged fins

I read the topic on here about treating white spot and did as that says, i have lost no fish and they seem ok other than the white spots on them and the few fish with ragged fins, there is no redness or growth on the fins, any ideas?
