White Spot

My main tank has white spot from not quarantining new fish my clown loaches are suffering the worst I have used Aquarium Treatment no 6 Anti White Spot my question is when added it to the tank the water went blue but cleared after an hour and is now crystal clear how long should it stay blue I removed the carbon from filter before I added the treatment the tank is a juwel vision 260 filter tetra Tec ex 1200 water temp 27c with the weather. Thank you

I had 2 ottos with white spot and used the Waterlife Protozin whitespot treatment and that cleared within about half an hour so i think it should be ok. Incidentally, if the treatment you are using doesn't clear up the whitespot I highly recommend the Waterlife Protozin treatment as it cleared it up with only one course.

Cheers for that this interpet brand treatment needs 2 doses the second on the 4th day i treated them on wednesday so sunday is next but they dont look any better at the moment.
