White Spot

hi only just started up tropical fish keeping got a secondhand tank with a few fish tested water all fine but i have 2 pearl danios both with a small white spot on the bottom of they mouths is this normal for pearl danios ? i say this as the other fish in tank hav'nt got any white spots i have put some king british ws3 white spot terminatorin tank yesterday needs to repeated again after 48 hrs done this just to be on the save side will it be ok to add some more tomorrow ?

If the spot on the mouth dosn't look like a grain of salt it isn't whitespot.

White spots on the mouth are columnaris, does the spot have a red centre, or a circling of red around it.
