White Spot & Velvet I Think

i've got a bad case of white spot.
does anyone know what the best treatment for it is
and my black neons and only them have got like discolouration that looks fluffy sort of.
i think it's velvet but i'm not sure.
can anyone help?

I have a White spot problem as well...Im using Interpet Anti white spot Plus (No6).....

...I only have the white spot treatment going on and I was told not to use other medications with it.

I have increased the temp to around 27oC over a period of a few days and taken out my carbon from my filter to stop the carbon from killing off the medication I am using.

Have you got a quarantine tank so you can split the ones that seem to have fluff and treat them separately??
