I currently have 6 clown loaches and 4 of them have white spot

I have Interpet Anti-White Spot treatment but I am not sure whether I can use this in my tank because of the other fish that I have which are:-

2 Parrot Fish
3 Plecs
Yellow Labs
and other Malawi cichlids

However we have a breeding pair of yellow labs and have at least 2 fry and also 4 babies of about 4 months old from another bredding pair

We recently lost 4 clown loaches from white spot. We took them out of the main tank and treated them but it did not work and they all died

We are not sure what to do. Do we remove the clowns and treat them separatly or remove the fry and babies and treat the whole tank. Also what about the plecs will they survive the change in temp and the treatment?

Also should we raise the temp when treating?

How many gallons or litres is the tank.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

I would only half dose the interpet med with having clown loaches and fry.
Once you have whitespot in the tank you treat the whole tank.

Increase aeration and remove black carbon from the filter.
Raise temp to 30.
