White poo can be a sign of parasites, but also of bacterial infection, so could be related to the finrot and general state of unhealth.

First of all I would check the water parameters (ammonia and nitrites). Do a couple of water changes anyway- always a good idea in case you do have parasites.

Keep an eye on the tetra, and be prepared to treat for either bacterial infection or parasites depending on the development of the symptoms.
