This morning I had my desk lamp on (my 55g is next to my desk) and my common pleco was on the front glass next to the glass and I noticed a white spot on the base of one of his fins and this worried me but couldn't look at it long as I had to go to school but when I just came home to see it to try and describe it to you all, it isn't there anymore I checked all his fins but yet its not there. Could it have been just a reflection off the light or something else? Also I need to know since I'm going to lps today and if this is some kind of fungus or something inform me of some medicine I should pick up, also could I get my angelfish today. It's been a week since I add 3 long finned black widow tetras to the tank and the last week the test results were
Ammonia- 0
Nitrite- 0
P.H.-7.2
Nitrate 10 or 20
So could I get the angelfish as long as the water stats are still good?

If water quality is good when you have it tested it should be fine to add the fish, the spot could of been a reflection if it's gone, if the spot was fluffy on the fins it could of been columnaris.

Yes it appears to be gone because I didn't see it today and I was able to look at both sides of him and the tank light was on so I could see him more clearly. Thanks for the quick response Wilder.
