White lump on Rummy Nose head?

I bought rummy nose tetra's today at my local pet store and one appears to have grown a white lump underneath the skin. Is this an infection or just a deformity from birth?

Most likely its an infection or parasite of some sort, Also Rumynoses arent livebearers but rather egg scatterers. My advice would be to get a picture and head over to the charcacins and cyprinidid forum.
