White / Gray Lumps

Hiya,

I really hope someone can help. WE got some neons and one developed a large white/grey lump on its mouth. We were told to get rid of it, as it could be mouth rot, so we did. After this we treated the tank for fungus and bacteria with baktopur so as it would not spread.

Since then two more neons have developed a large white/ grey lump on there mouth and now our male platty has one on his side just under his fin.

Can anyone please tell us what it is and how to treat it. We know it is not white spot.

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing against objects.
The lump does it have a circling of red around the edges, or a red spot in the centre of it.
