White Fungus On Neons

Hi there,
 
One of my neons ages ago started getting white fungae. I couldn't bare to flush him cause i felt bad and figured it wasnt spreading so should be right. Now i noticed some others maybe getting it :( What's the best thing to do??? If you need pics let me know :)
 
Never flush fish :( Pics would probably be good~

It's not workig for me, it redirects me back to this page o.o
 
I always show people this picture if they think their fish has neon tetra disease.  I always think this picture makes it look the clearest.

This sounds like what I used to get on them. I was never able to keep neons alive, they would go white and fluffy then die. It was a lot fluffier than the pic prairiesunflower put up but it was definitely some sort of fungal infection :(
 
Could be false NTD (Columnaris bacteria). Please try to place some pics.
