White Fluff On Plants

I have just started a 15 gallon little tank that will be plants and a few fish. It has only been going for about a week now and after 3 days of it being started one of the plants started to get a white fuz on it. Then a 2nd plant got a white fuz ball. I am not sure what this is. None of my books have this in it.

I have not done a water test yet.

I used seachems tank cycle and chlorine remover to start the tank. I also dropped one of those CO2 fizz tabs in the tank as well. That's all I've done so far.
