ANY BODY GOT ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO GET RID OF WHITE SPOT.. I AM USING WHITE SPOT CHEMICALS AND IM TRYING TO DO MY BEST FOR THE FISH BUT THEY DONT SEEM TO BE GOING.. IF ANYBODY HAS ANY SOLUTIONS PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE ,, THANKS

If raising the temp that high without using any other technique I would say fine, as I recently did just that. Even then it had to be very well aerated.

But going that high with the temp AND using meds or salt....I don't know that that's the best idea, as these take oxygen from the water as well. You might have a disaster on your hands doing that.

MY TEMP AT THE MINUTE IS 28 I DONT WANT TO FRY THE FISH TOO MUCH ,, I AM USING ESHA EXIT ANTI WHITESPOT TREATMENT BUT I HAVE USED ANOTHER TYPE CALLED AQUARIUM DOCTOR WSP BEFORE ON OTHER FISH BUT THAT DIDNT DO MUCH GOOD ,, I HAVE 4FT BY 2 FT TANK WITH A FEW OSCARS AND PARROT FISH IN THERE THANKS

That why you have to have an airstone running as the high temp and med reduce 02 in the water.
Plus i would never advise salt till we know what fish you keep.

How long have you been treating.

WELL I GOT THE OSCARS LAST FRIDAY AND I HAVE BEEN TREATING THEM SINCE THEN.. I JUST DONT WANT TO LOOSE THE FISH THROUGH IT THANKS

I would carry on, there is no time limit as every tank is different, sometimes it can take two courses of treatment.
Be careful with the parrots as they are funny with parasite meds, good luck.
