A couple look like they could be Metriaclima species(OB morphs) hard to tell at that age. The stripe one at the bottom could be a Metriaclima lombardio but not a 100% sure. They need to gain some size first, will be easier to tell. Most species of mbuna they start to breed 3" to 4" so from this size, depending on your tank size it could be 6 to 12months.
