Interpet Daylight plus T5 are good in my experience.

D&D Daylight T5 are also good in my experience.

I would imagine any of the mainstream manufacturers labelling their tubes daylight will give what you are looking for.

Ive found the Arcadia freshwater tubes to give an nice clean white light.
