Which Is Better?

got a fluval 205 and spray bar kit, but is the spray bar better?

Its totally down to personal preference.

Positioned correctly, the spraybar will create more surface movement for better gas exchange and can either be positioned just under the water facing upwards to create disturbance, or as I prefer, just above the water level as I like the 'waterfall' sound effect it creates

i canty deal with the sound coz i like my sleep..
spraybars promote gas exchange

Iv fitted the spray bar just under the surface and pointing upwards, looks good, no noise, but makes the lights look like there flickering
