i know the care for all of them so the winner gets there requirements made.
 
"better"?  Not sure what you mean by "better".  More colorful?  More tightly schooling?  More hardy?  More personable?  Best for a community?
 
 
I voted mosquito rasbora... I like the bright color and the small size, which allows you to keep more of them, which makes for a better display, IMHO.  BUT, they aren't suitable tankmates for MANY other fish, because of the small size.  So, stock other fish accordingly.  These fish grow to about 3/4 inch max.  These fish enjoy heavily planted (and shaded) tanks with a good amount of driftwood.

Black neon for me. I love the contrast they make against other fish. A tank of black neons and cardinals would look amazing I'll bet.

Rasbora all the way! Lovely lottle red fish with gret color and would look great in planted tanks!!!!
